Weekend with a part of the old Aussie crew of 1968

Arrival of the two old Aussies at the Chalet..
after a short lunch we enjoyed the Lookout at 'Prafandaz' above Leysin with its view down to Lake Geneva

Let's test again the trick to get rid of vesps...
put 5 5ct coins on the table ... vesps come and have a look/taste??? and they fly off!!!

Berneuse 2280m
Am Montag gings dann hinauf auf die Berneuse (per Gondelbahn) auf 2280m mit Super-Ausblick auf die Alpen und den Genfersee,
Dann ging's bergab Richtung Mayen (30min) und Leysin (1.5h)
Buvette de MAYEN A very traditional little alpine Restaurant with a lot of fine details..

The walk back to Leysin was probably the 'toughest' ..part of the weekend.. Old aged people need a rest... !
